There is no absolute way to overcome the problems inherent in writing groups and an online endeavor such as this.  Therefore, the basic format will likely be in a state of  flux at times.  Still, these are the general guidelines I’m trying to follow:

• Groups of similar formats - short stories, poetry, novels, non-fiction
   
• Groups of similar experience levels - beginner, intermediate, experienced
   
• Group size will vary - depending on activity level.
   
• We are using Google Groups as a repository for our work, and as a means to control membership.  There are plusses and minuses to Google Groups, and everyone will use it differently.  Please remember to keep your original version of anything to be posted, since others will be editing your work.
